For over 12 years, I have had the privilege of working with students, parents, teachers, and educational institutions across Maharashtra. KENC was founded from a simple belief — that while teaching helps students learn, mentoring helps them grow. My purpose is to ensure that no student has to navigate one of the most important phases of life without guidance, clarity, and someone who genuinely cares.
Over the years, I worked with reputed educational institutions from Mumbai, Kota, and Hyderabad. I met thousands of students and parents, counselled families, and witnessed different approaches to competitive exam preparation.
One thing became increasingly clear — most students had access to good teaching, but many lacked mentoring. They needed someone who could help them make informed decisions, manage expectations, overcome self-doubt, stay accountable, and continue believing in themselves during difficult phases.
That realization inspired me to establish KENC.
KENC was never created to replace schools or coaching institutes. It was created to complement them — by providing guidance beyond academics and by ensuring that every student feels supported throughout their journey.
I envision KENC as a trusted mentoring ecosystem where students receive honest guidance, parents feel heard, and mentors work with integrity and empathy.
My dream is to build an organisation that is known not only for helping students prepare for examinations, but for helping them become confident, resilient, and thoughtful individuals who are capable of making informed decisions throughout life.
If KENC can create a culture where experienced students return to guide the next generation, I believe we will have built something far more meaningful than a mentoring organisation — we will have built a community.
